United Telemetry Company, or UTC, is a wholly owned subsidiary of ConectiSys Corporation, a publicly owned holding Company.
Since 1998 UTC has been developing residential and commercial AMI (Advanced Metering Infrastructure) solutions to meet the needs of the deregulated energy market.
The UTC wireless AMI solution consists of three components, the H-Net™ Networks, the Network Operation Center, or NOC, and the Internet. Each component plays a very important role in bringing together the new standard in automated meter reading.
H-Net™ is an AMI network designed for both residential and commercial applications. It is a low cost, tower-less network capable of two-way communications. The system provides 3,000 consumption records per month per meter. Installation is cost effective due to the system's self configuring plug and play architecture; our wireless encrypted network features redundant uplinks.

Development
The SmartPlug® & HNet™; As the SmartPlug begins to pick up momentum in the retail markets the Company, believes that one sells the other. The SmartPlug is designed to communicate with HNet™.
We have considered the Utilities mission and have concluded that the product is in the best interest of the Utilities and its customers. Through the SmartPlug system, the customer may audit their energy bill and the Utility is enabled to load shed on time during critical peak hour periods.
With a SmartPlug in the home Utilities may choose to install a HNet™ Meter for monitor and control within the residential sector for energy demand during critical peek hours more efficiently within the existing infrastructure while, effectively reducing operational cost.
